Some of us when for the Rondeau XXIV concert on Friday and all the songs was nice...Azri's solo was also very nice and its like reminded me of something...anyway, at first we don't noe how to go to SCH and after that Azri say take the train to Tanjong Pagar and FOLLOW THE CROWD...when we reach Tanjong Pajar, there was no wan there and how are we going to follow the crowd and think that it was the invisible crowd, hahas...On monday when there is band, something happen among our section, maybe i'm not going to say it...we hav to memorise sound of music part K and best of the beatles for a street performance...hope that everyone could memorise it...

Greetings to all WGS Trumpeters (graduated & current),
As all of you know that it has been long since we have had any section outing therefore during june holidays I would like to organized one. Main purposes are to have a gathering, bonding for the juniors with the seniors and lastly to keep the section as united as possible. I would like to hold in on either the first or second week of June.

Below are some of my suggestions of what kinds of outing it would be.
1) Pasir Ris Park
- Barbeque
- Picnic

2) Downtown East
- Escape Themepark
- Wild Wild Wet

3) Food and Leisure
- Seoul Garden and chilling out
- Watching Movie

4) Sentosa
- Barbeque
- Picnic

The amount spend would depends as I do not know which is the confirmed place to go and therefore just save up now in case. I would like to know all of your responses if possible by the end of next week (31/05/2009). Due that making an outing is not easy therefore it will need some proper planning so as to make it a good one.

(1) Contact me directly via text messages if you have other suggestions of where to have the outing.
(2) Write me an email if you have any other concerns regarding the section outing.
(3) You can just drop a message at the tagboard of this blog (But not sure if I would be checking it everyday so it would be better if you contact me using the first two options).

I would have to need the co-operation of every trumpet member to pass this message regarding the section outing around. I would loved to see that all members are able to make it for the outing. I would also try to contact some other seniors/alumnis.

Lastly, if no one is able to make it for the outing then I would have to cancel it and postpone it to a later date which most of us will be able to make it. Looking forward to a favourable reply for all of you.

hey .. here to blog again .. i heard a so call story from my tuition teacher yesterday .. here comes the story ..

once upon a time there is a animal country .. the empire of the animal country would like to get some soldiers .. then one day the animals went for a check-up .. first came the monkey .. the animals would not like to be soldiers so they did something very cruel to themselves before going for the check-up .. so the most precious thing on the monkey was the tail .. so the monkey went to cut away its tail .. then he went in for the check-up .. when the animal doctor saw the monkey's buttock is full of blood then the doctor went to check on the monkey's butt then the doctor found out that the monkey's tail is gone so he announce that the monkey does not need to be a soldier .. so the monkey went out .. next came the rabbit .. the most precious thing on the rabbit was the ear .. so the rabbit went to cut away half of the ear away and same went in for check-up .. the doctor found that the rabbit's ear is being cut into half and the doctor also announce that the rabbit need not be a soldier .. so it went out too with excitement .. finally came a big fat bear .. the bear could not think of what he could do to not be a soldier and it went to find the monkey and the rabbit for help .. so the monkey and the rabbit suggested to beat the bear's teeth off from his mouth .. so the two animal beat the bear with all their might .. then the bear went in for the check-up .. the bear covered its mouth when he went in .. before the doctor could check-up on it .. guess what the doctor told the bear .. the doctor say that the bear is too big sized to be a soldier .. so the bear went out of the room .. when the bear came out of the room , the monkey and rabbit asked if the bear have to be a soldier and the bear said it with pain that the doctor said that it is too big sized to be a soldier .. hahas .. the bear's teeth was being beaten with no valid reasons .. the bear was so furious .. so the story had ended .. tag in the tagboard if you have any question or anything that you want to ask about this story .. come and post or tag in here .. it really look quite dead to me .. i don't know if it also look dead to you .. so feel free to tag or post anything ..

Today was my 'N' Level EOA practical... around 9am... got fire in sch...

And i couldn't believe it!!

Then have stop my practical and go down to the field to ass'ble... But my class ass'ble at the front side gate there...

Then after a couple of min the fire engine arrive...

Then the childish lower sec clap hand to welcome the fire fighter... which I tink is DARM STUPID... haha...

then 915am my class went back up to the com lab... then 930am then we start... SO DARM UNLUCKY!!!!!

Then my practical end at 10am....

hey guys .. =D how have you guys been ?? hope it's fine .. hahaha .. so bored this week =l .. but lucky today is the last day of this week .. finally can go back school for lessons .. lolzzz .. this 1 week holiday is suppose to be a relaxing one for me .. but in the end it is my busiest and tiring week .. the whole week starting tuesday onwards .. chun hui and i have been very busy attending band and the remedial classes in school and tuition outside .. almost everyday we have to wake up early for these activities .. hope you guys were also busy studying very the hard for the end of year exam .. haha .. have a nice nite ahead v.v .. and we must all JIA YOU together for our studies and also to the band .. =)

Relaxing ways and work-out ways for studys

To all my juniors, always take a break if you need it so as not to cramped up your mind. Take a short break will always make one feel refreshed and probably absorb more when you get back to work. Do not bottle up to emotions or problems as it is not good for health and the mind. Talk to your friends. Go for a movie, exercise etc. Do not keep pushing yourself into studying and studying as it is not good. If you are feeling exhausted, find a joke or old memories and laugh it out with your buddies. It is good as you are laughing out all your problems. Plan ahead so that you know what you are actually working hard for. Always let your eyes rest after reading so that you will not strain it. You can try sitting up straight, breathing in deeply but slowly. Put one hand at your heart there and another hand at your abdomen. Feel your abdomen. Or, close your eyes and breathe in slowly and imagine yourself being at a place where you feel the happiest. Think of all your happy goodie old days. But if you are playing hard then also you must study hard. Balance your diet well so that you can have a healthly lifestyles and make you concentrate well during classes. Always clarify your doubts if you have any so that you can understand better. Do not forget to have enough sleep so that you will not for asleep during classes and might even miss out some important points that you teacher mention. You can also do a mindmap of every chapter so that you know what are the impostant points you need to take note of and for revising for examination. Always summarise what you have learnt in school today and revise it again so that you will not forget. Gather a few friends and form a study group. If there is any question one of you do not know then most probably the whole group can work it out together. In the end if none of you know then it is better to find the teacher. Balanced well your time so that you will not end up rushing things up and making it worse.

hihi .. i'm here to post things again .. haha .. that day was a very scary day for me .. fall in half way mr sim came then we wait lor .. haha .. but finish taking attendence and all .. then suddenly mr sim speak to us in a very disappointed way then after he finish talking and everthing is done mr sim said that he is disappointed for the band as some of the band members said that they don't feel like cuming band .. after he finish talking we do the don't know what right thing .. at first we didn't do it properly but mr sim was nice he given us another chance .. but when we do the second time it has really disappointed him, so made us run 10 rounds but we were lucky as some upper secondary classes have oral so they saved us .. ans we were saved by running only two rounds .. this was the first time i see mr sim so angry and he also shouted us .. it was really a veruy scary day for me .. i think those who went for band on that very day was also scared ..

today is the 3rd day of sch... how's everything?? alot of hw?? must pay attention when teacher teaching hor... same goes to myself.. haha... for me... at the 1st day of sch... i get timetable... then recess... after recess.. my teacher talk talk about wat she do during holiday... talk about her children... then hyekel go in class late... coz he got meeting then teacher talk half way... he ask funny question... then everyone laugh at him.. then his friends say he slow... hehe... but he manage to get back to the correct topic... haha... 2nd day... pe play captains ball using ruby ball... play in hall.. my team lose.. hehe.. hyekel team oso lose BUT still better then my team.. haha... then MT lesson watch movie... quite funny and nice... not sure with the title.. coz it is in Chinese... dunno how to really read.. haha... today... hmmm... not much interesting... hehe... so i will end here...

Hey, to my all my lovely juniors:
JIAYOU ! GAMBATTE ! THUMBS UP ! WORK HARD !
I always believed in you guys and my belief would never change so never give up till the very end. As long as everyone is willing to work hard together im sure that Mr Sim would also work hard with everyone. That's how is works. A teacher is always willing to work hard with the students provided that the students have a determination to work hard. ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE ! I know that our sec1s are kind of rowdy or disobedient but give them some time. But if they really do not listen to your persuasion then I think that you've already do whatever you can and there will be nothing more that you can do. It all depends on themselves. Keep encouraging each other so as not to let the section fall apart. No one is born a talent that is why everyone learn things from scratch. I myself also started learning how to play trumpet when i first join band during sec1. Through the years, I've really grown up a lot. I remembered a period where I wanted to quit band and join other CCA but I am glad that I did not or else it will always be one of the regrets of my life. In band are so much memories which is always kept in my heart. When I graduate this year, I know that from band the things that I will take away are not physical things but memories which happens since I first join band. Everyday is a day so why make it miserable. Make it a happy one. =) Im sure no one want to live their life sadly so try to add sparks to ya life. Gather a few friends for a lunch, movie etc. Don't give yourself too much stress as it might turn out to be a negative outcome. Even though I know that some people work well under tremendous stress but one should know their limit. =P Having confidence is like winning half the battle so the other half is for the person to work hard. Maybe 0.001% is luck. Don't forget to balance your time well. If you want to play then you must also study hard. One must know what you are doing. It is always good to plan ahead so that you have a clue of what you want. By the way if you are feeling stress up or having any problems, do not bottle it up. Talk to someone and you will feel better. When you talk to someone older than you are, you can hear a different point of view of how to deal with your problem or situation. Nevertheless, if you guys want to plan something and ask us(seniors) along you can tell us beforehand so that we could try to make time for you guys. But provided that the time is appropriate. (Not during examination periods) =) That's all from me for now.

umm .. hi seniors .. i think the section is fine and doing great .. ya .. it's been awhile since we sec2s and 3s been talking to you seniors .. yes .. us juniors really misses you guys a lot .. i know that the major examinations are coming nearer and nearer .. we will try to buck up on our basics and we will try working hard to get good results for the upcoming competitions but i'm really scared that Mr Sim will cancel the competition .. and we will also try our best to overcome the fear and never give up and that seniors had already step down few months ago .. regarding the section lunch few days ago it was really a disappointment and some of us trumpeters are really sad about the no. of ppl that have gone for the section lunch .. before the section lunch when the current trumpeters are having band in school we was really very excited and looking foward to the section lunch with the seniors and also the alumni .. as we sec2s doesn't want to disappoint the seniors so we tried to pursuit the sec1s to attend the section lunch but after few times of pursuit non of the sec1s wanted to go .. before the end of the band practice the sec1 boys had already discussed on how to run away from us sec2s seniors it is because that the three of sec2 seniors (clara,chun hui and vivian) had been eyeing on them when the band starts and we also told them about the section lunch after band .. after band the juniors had been trying to avoid us .. even though we shouted at them they ignored us .. ai ya .. !! we chased after them until we reached cwp and i even forgotten that i'm in the public place thought that i'm still in school i shouted out at the boys;they ignored so i run after them .. it was so embarrassed when i suddenly heard a stranger whispered to me when i walked past him he said 'a girl running round the public is such a disgrace when she is also wearing school uniform ..' when i heard about the comment that the stranger whispered to me i whispered to myself 'am i really that disgrace ??' and i was sad about it also .. i was thinking that this happens is because i was just thinking that i wanted to give the graduating seniors a surprised that the juniors would just listen to us sec2s once and for all, i would had been very happy about that .. actually i was also thinking of taking some sections photos during the section lunch but it was a disappointment .. we can try to meet out and have a talk within us when we really have time and i'm wishing that the juniors will really listen to the seniors not only listen i think that they also must obey, respect, don't try funny stuffs in front or even behing us .. if i know that i will really try to think a way of how to 'punish' them but not really punish is just a small talk between us maybe we(sec2s)will try to ask jing xiang for permission to talk to them in private when we have time but i think maybe after the july competitions .. we will try to be nice good anf=d firm to them when we are talking or ... i think jing xiang will not let the juniors to climb over us ..(i think so only don't know if jing xiang will realy do that)i wonder if the graduating seniors have any suggestions on how to let the juniors listen to us or anyone .. lastly, i would like to apologise to some of the seniors if i had done anything wrong or said anything bad about them .. i'm deeply really sorry about that .. because i think i have said something bad in front of u seniors but i don'y really remember who i said to .. and also sorry to those senior which i have been asking u'll to conference when u guys are not free as i had forgotten that u guys will be having major examinations in the upcoming few weeks ?? months ?? .. so i'm deply sorry about that .. and sorry that some of us seniors did not done what we are suppose to do .. example myself i'm so call the section welfare but i didn't even say a happy birthday to those birthday girls and boys so i'm taking the opportunity here to say sorry to those their birthday had past and i also want to say happy birthday to them .. sorry said too much rubbish .. just because i wasn't feeling happy .. also don't feel like sleeping these few days .. got to stop here .. i think i feeling a bit tired so i'm going to sleep now.. bye bye .. sorry and good nite .. sweet dreams .. and also god bless ..

Umm .. Hi everyone. How are yall ? Doing great ? Bad hair day ? It's been awhile since i post, probably mainly because I kind of busy with school work. You guys miss me ?? =p You guys got to buck up for upcoming competition ya. Give all the best that you can give. Treat it as an obstacle and overcome it without any fear because we ( seniors ) will always be there when you need us =) Do not give up easily. Regarding about the section lunch, I really hope all can make it because it is called a section lunch and not a majority turns up lunch. My main motive for the lunch is to do some bonding within the section, talk out all your disputes or dislikes and of course to have fun with you guys. We can also take some pictures so as to maintain the happy moments we have together because as you know the major examinations are coming so we cannot really meet out anymore. If we cannot meet out during june vacation then i think the next time we can meet out as a section would probably be end of year when everyone examinations all over and done with. Seniors you got to be more firm when you are talking to the juniors so as not to let them climb over you. You can also implement some rules which you think is appropriate to have in the section such as there can only be one person talking at a time during sectionals. It is also to give respect to the person who is talking. I am so worried that you guys will be take over by the juniors as I know our juniors are all quite rowdy. But no worries because I have faith in you sec2s and 3s. If you guys need someone to pour out your problems to or need some suggestions to certain things just contact us. (PS: But cannot confirm we will be of help) I will try to help out with stuff that is within my range. Lastly, I also want to apologise to Vivian and Chun Hui because you guys always asked me to conference but I didnt. It's because sometimes I am really busy or tired. Sorry about that. But next time I will try to make time for you guys if you really want to talk to me. Tell me earlier. Hi everyone.... how do u feel in the section? For me... i feel veri demoratize in the section... Most of the time during band, sectional and section outing... when i go out with u guys i feel happy.. but i my heart i feel lonely.. as i noe tat u guys dun really like talking to me and oso dun like me... I oso dunno y... mayb u all feel tat im always showing attitude... but i admit... i do give u guys attitude... but u guys tink about it... whenever i say lame tink u all will just say LAME!!!!!!! and just laugh.. Its been one week past the band camp.. Well,i sure have fun 4 both band outing and camp.. Bt still, thers sumthing missing.. That i must yet to find... So P.o.P was postpone again.. now its on the 5th of april.. This is the third time the pop was postpone.. haha.. no matter ah.. as long its b4 14 april.. cuz tats wen i resume sch.. Ok lah.. Sandy, after many i hear the through the Years Song.. I've finally find it meaningful.. Its nice.. OK.. I will use it for our tpet video.. haha..bt i nid the song first.. THe MP3 format.. haha.. amazing race .. my grp walk thru the so-called ''rainforest'' walk .. scary .. so many soil .. then found azri and julio .. it was raining heavily .. but heck care lah .. just run in the rain .. lovely .. i love walking in the rain .. just so romantic .. wahaha .. jkjk .. freeze to death sia .. so cold .. then go to the so-called ''twins-tower'' .. everyone gathered there .. then after that went to Palawan beach the tree thr where we ate .. Thanks to the Alumnis .. for providing the food .. yummy .. delicious .. then play etc .. after that went home .. super duper cold .. sejuk !! then on thurs there's band camp .. gt amazing race .. my group was titled '' Grateful Warriors '' .. hahas .. nice name .. really had fun .. last camp already .. do cheer and do musical performance .. also we din win anything but it was enough already cz its the process that counts .. lols .. this time camp dun have combine leh .. sectionals .. hahs .. we've gt section talk .. a gd talk .. we kinda like say the negative points out so that things could be improve for the better .. It hasnt been a great wk for me.. soo much werk.. haiya, kip on complaining.. bt ya alot aloT> And BTW, FYI, p.o.p is nt on band camp.. ITs postpone due to the tight schedule during band camp.. So its actualli a gd news.. haha.. so bandouting tis tues.. very dissappointing outcome.. BT its ok.. THe objective is still to bond the sec 1s.. haha.. This is the first time, alumni running a band outing.. Very havoc.. TO come to think about it.. Its actualli a big event..

heys, long time didnt post .. dun let it die off hor .. if nt i find the last person who post .. hehe .. jkjk .. today was a tiring day .. gt mass run .. 3 rounds non-stop .. woah .. puffing and huffing .. after that gt normal lesson .. then YUMMY cz its recess .. ate mee soto will lots of chilli .. SHIOK MAN!!! the feeling was like u are crying .. so touching .. nyayah .. dnt lesson .. woah .. i choose 1 situation le .. so happy .. blah blah blah .. then gt choice aft sch then go band .. juz nw we practice the fanfare .. long time din play le .. i rmb the old days whr i play fanfare with atiqah and azri batch .. i was still so young .. hehe .. i tink i wad sec 1 or 2 .. so fun .. miss those days .. hmmm .. but nt forgetting my juniors after my batch .. the times i spent wit u guys are soooo cooool man .. i juz wish all those moments stop thr .. the fun nv stops and it will seem like eternity .. i simply love u guys .. some more gona step down and graduate .. duno wad's gonna happen next .. u all gotta work hard .. this year batch like gd .. cn see some gt potential .. hehe .. sec2s gotta jia you cz seniors le mah .. must guide the juniors .. no nid shy le .. we are a section and thr's nth we cant solve if we work together .. i also hope that i can have a good and fun section outing before tis year ends cz next year like diff path i think .. i wan2 make section-tee also before i step down cz at least the shirt is like a memory to me *sobs* .. i wont say that i want u all to be perfect as no one is perfect in this world .. i just want the section to like stay harmony .. no more arguing,quarelling or conflicts .. dun dislike each other cz i scared that when u grow up mayb u wil regret .. its fate that i think brought us together to becoming one section .. how many people in the world could be like us so fortunate to come together to do things, have fun, eat, play tpet together .. we must also like offer our shoulder if that person needs it .. i noe that everybody gt a soft spot in their heart .. we must also respect each other .. if we give in then thats the best .. we give each other a chance for everything .. everyone deserve a second chance rite .. we can start a new for everything .. A new day a new beginning .. we will do our best in everything rite .. try to give ur 100% or more .. dun forget to pass down ur skills to the juniors if nt how to pass down things .. if we set rules then we must follow it .. dun always set already then only do it for a few times then throw at one corner .. during sectionals rite, i would expect that everybody is attentive and respectful to the person who is teaching .. if u guys dun kip quiet then hw is jeff gonna teach .. he looks like very poor thing .. its the most basic courtesy .. i would admit that i do talk and im sorry .. i also wan2 say SORRY to everyone in the section because i think some of my actions last time may hurt anyone of u .. i also feel sad .. everytime i scold or say u guys my heart also hurts .. every though its just a slight comment on u guys nt playing well .. i would scold myself and i feel very guilty towards u all *sobs* i always regret scolding u guys .. i jsut wan2 hope the best .. sometimes i would think that im a very bad senior and nv show u guys good example .. if u guys think so juz say to me .. i wan u guys to be good and better than me .. dun be a bad one like me .. i sometimes had the feeling that i let the section down .. i duno why~ .. i juz had the feeling .. i would give all of u the best juniors awards if there is ..even u guys dun rmb me nvm, cz i will always rmb u guys .. will u guys remember wad i always told u ?? will everythings stay so sweet in the section ??

Yo, everyone.. this is my really first time blogging, haha.. K, so it was Faire La Fete.. The night we suppose to enjoy bt turn up a disastrous moment for some of us, haha including me.. The rehearsal, haiz, very very the messy den gt change of plan which affects the whole band.. so i didnt perform for the laz two songs and i went to the audience seat to listen. Its nice.. at least the feeling was there. Then had to talk to several juniors but im very impressed bcoz they are strong accepting the fact.For hyekel, im sorry i had to yell at you for some time cuz there is time im really serious. All i want is for you, Leona, Jeffrey and Sandy to enjoy that laz precious moment playing together.. I know tat im not appreciated by some of you.. And its hard to hide the truth. Even other sections able to see through. i must have been a bad senior. bt i will still come back and help for those hu realli wanna learn. And so, concert end.. the next moment i knew, its up for the SEC 3s to continue guiding the section.. For those graduating, dun let ur passion for music ends this APRIL.. AND do come back as ALUMNI..

today.. whn in class, nothing to go so draw a trumpet on the table.. LOL!! thn after sch.. say wan to go Band World together to buy the Trumpet Badge.. in the end only azri, me and jing xiang go.. all the seniors pang seh!! but nvm.. worst is reach IMM le thn walk very long to find that Band World shop.. and to found out that the shop is closed.. in the end.. we didnt buy the badge.. thn went to DAISO, outside write everything $2 but inside alot items got the price tag $39 summore for a cheap thing only.. thn ask the sales person there and she say is wrong tag.. =.=... thn walk walk inside DAISO.. bought 3 things.. $6 nia.. thn after tat went to cwp.. go toilet but didnt buy contact lens.. after tat jing xiang went home thn i accompany azri go buy watch thn go home..

This is my first post here .. duh .. im the first person .. haha .. today was a bad day .. lols .. today we've got a dry run for Aesthestics Night .. hmm .. i feel that the section didnt really play quite well .. i cant pitch high notes .. no sound even came out .. omg !! gosh !! haiz !! i play ''MISSION IMPOSSIBLE'' 1st for the first time and kinda screw it up .. pitch also pitch wrong .. haizzzzz .. how .. m kinda worried .. i kept pitching wrong notes and heykel have to play loud to cover me up .. wahah .. it was kinda funny .. Thanks lots hyekel .. really appreciate that .. cant survive without him ?? lols .. syahfiqah also wan2 sit beside hyekel .. i must sit beside hyekel then like gt e .. the thing ar .. duno hw to put it .. hehe .. cz he's those type of funny person .. juniors still coping well i hope cz long time din ask bout them .. sorry ya .. tomorrow we've got sectionals .. hope we can go through the scores in deep so as to understand ..
